City Council consideration of G. Richard Hill Code Amendment
City Council will give staff direction on the disposition of a code amendment proposed by G. Richard Hill on behalf of the FAS and SJCC that would allow exceptions to lot coverage, height, and gross floor area requirements for “regulated improvements” (including schools, noncommercial recreational areas, and religious buildings).
