Permitting Update: CAR2 Approval + SEPA DNS

Today, the Community Planning and Development department issued approval of the Critical Areas Review 2 (CAR2) and a determination of non-significance (DNS) for SEPA for the Bike Skills Area project. The decisions are linked below for reference.
