Work to Prepare the BSA Site for Construction is Underway

City staff and volunteers have begun preparing the former Adventure Playground site for construction of the new Bike Skills Area (BSA). Prep work includes:

• Salvaging and repotting native plants for future replanting this fall
• Removing ivy and other invasive species
• Removing tree stumps and other ground impediments

The new fence on the east side of the BSA will also be constructed this summer in collaboration with local Boy Scouts working toward their Eagle Scout rank.
