Updates to Joint Infrastructure Plan Review Schedule

Thank you to community members who have already reviewed the preferred plans for Clarke and Groveland Beach Parks and shared comments with the City! The plan review process with the Parks and Recreation Commission and the City Council is currently on hold. An update on the new project schedule, including public meetings where the project will be discussed, will be shared on Let’s Talk when available.

For now, please continue sharing your input with the City! As a reminder, there are a few ways you can provide final thoughts to inform the Joint Infrastructure Plan:

  1. Review the plans and leave a comment on Let's Talk here. - Clarke Beach Park | Groveland Beach Park

  1. Provide public comment to the Parks and Recreation Commission by e-mailing ParksandRec.Commission@mercerisland.gov through June 30.

  1. Send comments to Sarah Bluvas, CIP Project Manager, via e-mail at sarah.bluvas@mercerisland.gov.


Community feedback shared by June 30 will be compiled and presented to the City Council for additional direction later this year.
