Vaccine News

COVID-19 vaccine breakthrough report. Between January 17, 2021 – September 18, DOH officials have identified 41,721 vaccine breakthrough cases in the state. Of the cases that have data available (about half), 89% reported symptoms, 9% were hospitalized, and 386 people died. Read the full September 29 report.

80% of people ages 12+ fully vaccinated in King County and 86% have received at least one dose.
