PROS Plan CIP at November Parks & Recreation Commission Meeting

At the November 4, 2021 Parks & Recreation Commission meeting, Commissioners and the PROS Plan project team finalized amendments to the draft Goals & Objectives chapter, and discussed the draft Capital Improvement Plan for the years 2023-2028.
