Shoreline Master Program Amendment Update

Ordinance No 23C-15 was passed by the City Council of the City of Mercer Island at its meeting on October 3, 2023. The Ordinance was signed on October 11, 2023 by Mayor Salim Nice.

As of October 30, 2023, the SMP Amendment is under review with the WA State Department of Ecology.
