Spring 2025 Construction Update

The Xing Hua project has progressed from shoring, foundation, and subgrade construction to placement of the post-tensioned concrete decks. Through February and early March, the concrete pedestal construction of the ground level was placed. This concrete deck will be re-shored following the removal of formwork, while tendons placed in the concrete are tensioned. Following completion of the concrete pedestal, wood-framed construction of the upper levels will follow.
