Spring 2026 Construction Update

The final phases of construction are now underway on the Xing Hua project. The City expects construction to be completed during summer 2026.

The Xing Hua building will be marketed under the name "Lunara". The building contains 146 apartments, including studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom and 3 bedroom units. More information on the apartments and leasing is available here.

The City does not currently have additional information on the potential commercial tenants that will occupy the first floor restaurant and retail spaces of the building. The building management company is working to lease these spaces now. Additional utility work must be completed for the spaces to be ready to open, as well as tenant improvements to customize the space for each tenant.
