    Hi Jessica,

The SMP has not yet been approved by the Department of Ecology. Staff are continuing to work with Ecology to finalize the documentation needed for their approval. We are working with Ecology to obtain approval as soon as possible. When approval has been obtained, Let’s Talk will be updated to announce this.

    Thank you for your question!

    Hi Josh,

The Shoreline Master Program, which contains the new standards regarding dock repair and replacement, is still under review by the Department of Ecology (as of Aug. 8, 2019) and therefore not yet effective.

    Thanks for the question!
