Upcoming Meetings and Release of Draft 3

UPDATE (7/26/2019): The release of a third draft and the August 7 and August 21 Planning Commission discussions have been postponed. More information

Staff is currently preparing the third draft of the Community Facilities Zone code amendment. The draft will be released in advance of the next Planning Commission Public Meeting on August 7, 2019. The Planning Commission will conduct its first review of the draft at this meeting, and a second review of the draft is scheduled for August 21, 2019. In addition, The City Council and the Planning Commission will hold a joint meeting on August 20, in part to discuss the Community Facilities Zone code amendment.
