GMHB Compliance Hearing Canceled

On August 14, the City filed a brief with the Growth Management Hearings Board (GMHB) summarizing the actions taken to comply with the Board's August 2025 Final Decision and Order (GMHB Order). In its response, Futurewise, representing the appellants, concurred with the City's finding that compliance has been reached on the issues identified in the GMHB Order.

The GMHB then suggested, and Futurewise has agreed, to waive the compliance hearing. The September 15 compliance hearing has been canceled, and the GMHB will be making a decision on compliance and issuing an order based on the written record submitted by the City. The City does not yet have a timeline for when the order is expected. This page will continue to be undated as information becomes available.
