10/29/26 Parks & Recreation Commission and Open Space Conservancy Trust Joint Special Meeting

On Thursday, October 29 at 5:00PM, the Parks and Recreation Commission and Open Space Conservancy Trust will host a joint special meeting to receive a presentation of the findings from the Summer 2026 E-Bikes in Parks, Trails, and Open Spaces Outreach Campaign. The outreach campaign ran from May to August and included various in-person events to engage directly with the community, as well as an online survey that collected 740 responses. The presentation will be held in-person Room 104 at the Mercer Island Community & Event Center and broadcast online on the City’s YouTube channel. Meeting materials can be found on the City’s website.

If you would like to provide public comment during the meeting, please will need to register their request with the Deputy City Clerk at (206)275-7796, or email cityclerk@mercerisland.gov before 4 PM on 10/29/26. Each speaker will be given 3 minutes to speak.
