City Manager recommends City Council prioritize the Public Works Building for replacement in response to facilities condition assessment.

March 2024

City Council directed the City Manager at the March 1, 2024 Planning Session to commence planning and design for a new Public Safety and Maintenance Facility (PSM) on the current City Hall Campus.

March 20 → December 31 2024

The City conducts the “pre-design” phase for the PSM Facility with the architect team from Northwest Studio.

September 2024

The PSM Design team begin work on the Schematic Design phase of the PSM Facility.
