April 21, 2025 Construction Update

Over the last two weeks, OMA Construction crews poured new concrete curb and gutter along SE 27^th Street and graded for new sidewalk areas in addition to hauling and placing new aggregate for base under the new parking lot and topsoil for landscaped areas. Crews also started excavation for new light pole bases and installed electrical conduits. This week, crews plan to continue grading within the old Tully’s parcel for sidewalks and installing irrigation lines.
