April 7, 2025 Construction Update

Last week's work included completion of the site’s mass excavation and haul-off, the beginning of new storm drainage pipe installation, continued site grading for new parking areas and new landscaped areas, and the removal of the old curbs and sidewalk along SE 27^th Street. This week, OMA is planning to pour new concrete curb and gutter along SE 27^th Street and continue storm drainage installations.
