April 2, 2025 Construction Update

This week, OMA Construction crews continued excavation work within the footprint of the old Tully’s Coffee building and under Sunset Highway. Crews also continued to haul in new aggregate for base under the new parking lot and topsoil for landscaped areas. Next week, crews plan to continue excavation and grading within the old Tully’s parcel, install a new fire hydrant, and remove the old fire hydrant that conflicts with the new parking lot layout.
