Town Center Parking Area - Now Open July 23, 2025

Construction of the Town Center Parking Area, located at the end of East Sunset Highway, is complete, and the site is now open. The parking area, which provides 33 new stalls for all day parking, is aimed primarily at commuters leaving Mercer Island and for those who need to be in Town Center all day. Additional improvements on the way include landscaping this fall, followed by the addition of lighting and bike lockers later this year.

Registration of your vehicle using ParkMobile is required to use the lot. Parking is free for the first two hours, and $2.50 per hour thereafter, up to a daily maximum of $12.50, with up to 14 hours of parking allowed. These regulations will be in effect from 8:00AM to 10:00PM seven days per week.
