Restarting the PROS Plan Process

After suspending work on the PROS Plan due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the "re-boot" of the 2022 PROS Plan began in early 2021.

    How do I access the online survey if I have a paper survey ID code?

    Thanks for your question! If you received a paper survey in the mail, visit miprosplan.com and enter your unique ID number when prompted. Your ID number can be found in the top right corner on the first page of the paper survey you received in the mail. Thank you for taking the time to complete the survey!
